This website is operated by XPLOREX & CO., a travel agency at No. 408 Little Baguio, Brgy. Poblacion, Baliwag, Bulacan, Philippines, holding DOT Accreditation No. DOT-R03-TTA-02443-2025 (Basic Accreditation as a Travel and Tour Agency) issued under Republic Act No. 9593 and valid until June 30, 2027, and a Business Permit issued by the City of Baliwag, Bulacan.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

This website is an information and enquiry service. It advertises destinations and promotional packages and lets you send us a message or a trip enquiry.

You cannot book or pay for anything on this website. Submitting a form does not reserve anything, does not create a booking, and does not oblige us to provide any service. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing and you have met the payment terms — see our Booking & Cancellation Terms.

Prices and promotional packages shown here are indicative and subject to availability. They are not offers capable of acceptance. Airfares, hotel rates, taxes, and exchange rates move constantly, and third-party suppliers change their terms without notice.

• Promo prices apply only within the booking and travel windows stated on each promo.
• Unless a promo says otherwise, quoted prices are per person, exclude travel insurance, visa fees, airline-imposed surcharges, and personal expenses.
• Seats and rooms are confirmed only when the supplier confirms them to us.
• Where a price is shown in error, we will tell you before taking payment and you are free to walk away.

The binding price for your trip is the one on the written quotation we send you.

Destination descriptions, weather readings, and map data on this site are general information gathered from third parties (including OpenStreetMap and Open-Meteo). They are provided for inspiration, not as travel advice, and we do not warrant that they are accurate or current at the moment you read them.

Photographs of destinations are stock and illustrative images licensed from Unsplash. They show the destination, not necessarily the specific hotel, vehicle, room, or activity included in a package. The inclusions that apply to you are the ones written in your quotation.

Entry requirements are your responsibility. Visas, passport validity, vaccination and health requirements, and travel advisories change frequently and depend on your nationality. We will assist with visa applications where we offer that service, but we do not guarantee that any visa will be granted, and a refused visa does not entitle you to a refund of supplier costs already incurred. Always check with the relevant embassy and the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs.

Any testimonial published on this site is from a real client who gave us permission to publish it. We do not write, buy, or incentivise reviews, and we do not delete a review merely because it is unfavourable.

Testimonials describe one client’s experience. They are not a promise that your trip will go the same way.

The chat window on this site is an automated assistant powered by an artificial intelligence model (Google Gemini). It is a convenience for finding your way around the site.

• It can be wrong. It may state a price, date, inclusion, or visa requirement inaccurately.
• Nothing it says binds us, forms a quotation, or creates a booking.
• Anything that matters — price, availability, what is included, visa requirements — must be confirmed by a member of our staff in writing before you rely on it.
• What you type into it is sent to Google to generate a reply. Do not enter passport numbers, payment details, or other sensitive information.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or someone else’s personal information through our forms;
• use the forms or chat to send spam, advertising, or abusive content;
• attempt to gain access to the admin area or any part of the site not made public;
• scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the site for a competing service;
• introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site.

The Xplorex & Co. name, logo, page text, layout, and promotional artwork are ours or licensed to us, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

We provide this website’s content on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent Philippine law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on general information published here — including indicative prices, destination descriptions, weather data, or statements made by the chat assistant — where that information has not been confirmed to you in writing by our staff.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. In particular, this clause does not affect your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), your rights against us in respect of a confirmed booking, or liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

If we cannot resolve it, you may escalate to the Department of Tourism, which accredits us, or to the Department of Trade and Industry under the Consumer Act. Privacy complaints go to the National Privacy Commission — see our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Bulacan, without prejudice to any right you have to bring a consumer complaint before the appropriate government agency.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date you use the site.
