How it works

Four steps,
and you’re packed.

No hidden charges and no surprise add-ons at the airport. Every peso is written down before you commit to anything.

  1. Tell us the trip

    Destination, rough dates, how many of you, and a budget if you have one. "Somewhere warm in April" is a perfectly good starting point.

  2. We send a written quotation

    A full itinerary with the price broken down, and the exclusions listed — travel tax, tipping, meals outside the itinerary. It stays valid for 7 days.

  3. Accept and pay the reservation deposit

    A per-person reservation deposit secures your slot in the group booking. It is non-refundable, because it goes straight to the group's tickets and land arrangements. The balance is due 45 working days before departure.

  4. We confirm it in writing

    That written confirmation is the moment your booking exists. From there we handle the visa paperwork, transfers and documents. You pack.
